ImTranslator Portal
ImTranslator Portal was designed and launched in May 2007. The new portal initially powered by PROMT Translation engine offered 7 languages and 21 language combinations.
The translation portal was launched under free membership and provided ads free environment. ImTranslator included online translation, multilingual text input, text editing, spelling checking, Russian text encoding and transliteration, back translation, language synchronization, printing and email.
Registered users may log in to their free account to perform translations, customize the translation settings, such as set preferred language pairs for translation, language layouts for the virtual keyboard, auto options: dictionary, spell-checker, decoder, back translation and language detection. Set the time to automatically save the text based on the chosen schedule and much more.
In December 2010 new languages and new tools, such as text-to-speech and language synchronization, were added. The current version translates between 52 languages; the translation is powered by four translation providers: Google Translate, Microsoft Translator, Babylon Translator and PROMT-Online.
Today ImTranslator Portal features an add-free account, account and language settings customization, online translation, multilingual text input, text editing, spelling checking, Russian text decoding and transliteration, text to voice conversion, auto functions, language detection, back translation, language synchronization, printing, and email.

The Online Translator offers a real-time translation between 52 languages.
The Russian decoder includes a transliteration module which reverses a standard Russian text into Latin characters (transliterate). Check the "Decoder" box to run the decoder automatically. The Decoder is synchronized with the selected language pair.
Use "Remember me" option to have your browser remember the login information.
If you check the "auto detect" box, the translator will automatically identify the language of the source text. If you enable the "back translation" option, you will be able to control the translation result.
This is very important to get the most accurate translation.
The Decoder includes the transliteration module, which reverses the Russian text to Latin characters (transliterate).
Depending on your selection you can print out original, translation or bilingual text.
You have a choice to send the translation only or add the original text as a reference.
