Disable Bubble Translator

To disable the Pop-up Bubble Translator, follow these steps:

Open Pop-up Bubble Options from:

•  ImTranslator button on the Chrome's toolbar, then Pop-up Bubble panel
• Options link on the Pop-up Bubble application
• shortcuts (Ctrl+Alt+O), then Pop-up Bubble panel

 
Next, clear "Enable Pop-up Bubble"checkbox.

Save Options to keep your changes.   The Pop-up window will no longer appear.

To enable the Pop-up Bubble again, open Options, then Pop-up Bubble panel, and re-check the checkbox "Enable Pop-up Bubble".
