ImTranslator: Webpage Translation

Webpage Translation translates an entire webpage between over 90 languages using Google Translate service.

Webpage Translation tool is an integral part of ImTranslator and Google Translate extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Yandex.

 

To translate a webpage choose Webpage Translation from:

  • context menu  Webpage Translation, then imtranslator-www1Translate this page to
  • or use the shortcut keys Alt+P (Firefox, Chrome), Ctrl+Alt+P (Opera, Yandex)

The context menu provides the choice of a webpage translation modes:

  • translate an entire webpage
  • mouseover translation of the text segment

When you choose the Mouseover translation mode, hover your mouse over the original text, and the translation for the highlighted segment will be displayed in an pop-up bubble.

To get the Webpage Translation:

  • select Webpage Translation from the context menu 
  • use the hotkey Alt+P (Chrome, Firefox), Ctrl+Alt+P (Opera, Yandex)

Webpage Translation translates an entire webpage using Google Translate service.

To translate a webpage in the Firefox browser, choose Webpage Translation  from Firefox Tools, imtranslator-small ImTranslator menu

You may also use the hotkey Alt+P (set by default).

To translate a webpage in Chrome, choose “Translate this page to” a selected language from the context menu “ImTranslator: Translation, Dictionary, TTS”.

Opera-context-menu

The context menu provides the choice of a webpage translation mode: translate the entire web page or mouseover translation.  In this menu you can change the translation language.

When you choose the Mouseover translation mode, hover your mouse over the original text, and the translation for the highlighted segment will be displayed in an pop-up bubble.

 

The context menu allows you to change the translation language using the "Change language" menu.
